Experience the beauty of dessert in full bloom. Ideal for weddings and other special celebrations, this star-quality creation begins as two three-layer cakes. Both are made of light, airy lemon cake filled with Swiss meringue lemon buttercream – the tiers feature tart lemon curd alternating with our homemade sweet raspberry jam. The entire cake is frosted in lemon buttercream, decorated with flowers and finished with a dusting of Pixie Glitter®.
Top tier - 7", 3 1/2" high
We use over twelve pounds of Granny Smith apples in our Apple Pie. Hand peeled and sliced fresh apples are tossed in cinnamon, sugar, lemon zest, and a touch of brandy. Filled into our signature all-butter pie crust and topped with our cinnamon butter crumble. We bake on low heat for over two hours making the apples soft and the crumble crisp. Our Apple Pie has won numerous awards and was voted Best Apple Pie by RTV6. It is also now featured on Williams-Sonoma.
Key Lime Pie
The Cake Bake Shop’s Key Lime Pie was created by Gwendolyn. Classic graham cracker crust is filled with a velvety and luxurious filling made with sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, cream, and fresh lime zest. The pie is topped with our house-made Madagascan vanilla bean whipped cream, fresh lime zest, and fresh lime slices.
French Cherry Lattice Pie
French tart cherries and sweet dark cherries come together with a sprinkling of sugar, and The Cake Bake Shop’s all-butter pastry dough crust to create this cherry pie. We weave our pie crust and add a sprinkling of raw sugar before it gets baked. This adds a delicious crunch and a special glimmer. Our French Cherry Lattice Pie was also featured on Martha Stewart’s “American Made”. It is also featured on Williams-Sonoma.
Coffee Toffee Pie
Chocolate chip cookie, graham cracker & walnut crust with Valhrona French custard chocolate cream. Topped with a mound of freshly whipped expresso cream and Callebaut Belgian coffee flakes.
Georgia Pecan Pie
This Southern-style Georgia pecan pie is a version of The Swan House in Georgia. My Grandmother, Marie Antoinette Gremillion LeBlanc, used to make this pie for me. I add a hint of Bourbon to give it depth. I also chop some pecans and leave others whole for a beautiful pie. I bake it in my signature all-butter pie dough crust, then add a bit of raw brown sugar for extra sparkle and crunch
Peanut Butter Mousse Pie
A favorit combination the world over is featured with our Peanut Butter Mousse Pie. Crushed chocolate wafer cookies and melted Callebaut Belgian chocolate are mixed to create a deep chocolatey pie crust that is filled with a mixture of heavy whipped cream, peanut butter, sugar, and a touch of cream cheese. Callebaut Belgian chocolate ganache is poured over the top with roasted chopped peanuts around the edge. This dessert must be kept refrigerated.

Chocolate Chip Cookies with Fleur de Sel - Individual
We have been awarded ‘Best Chocolate Chip Cookie in all 50 States’. Baked with two types of chocolate, Callebaut Belgian semi-sweet and Valrhona French bitter-sweet in our buttery cookie dough. We top each cookie with Fleur de Sel from the Isle of Ré in the South of France which is only harvested three months out of the year. That makes these cookies incredibly delicious. All of our cookies are dusted with our Pixie Glitter.
Brownies - Individual
Our delicious dark chocolate brownies are made with three types of chocolate. Valrhona cocoa powder imported from France, Callebaut semi-sweet and bitter-sweet chocolates imported from Belgium. Can be made with or without walnuts.
Macarons - Individual
Our macarons are made fresh daily with imported almond flour from France. Each day our flavor availability can change. Light almond shells filled with ganache, fruits and cream depending on the flavor, and dusted with our Pixie Glitter. Made in house by our French Pastry chefs and packaged in our beautiful pink macaron boxes.

Lemon Bars - Individual
European all-butter shortbread crust is topped with our homemade lemon curd & dusted with confectioners’ sugar. We use over 40 lemons for one batch of these delicious bars.

Shortbread crust under homemade blackberry jam and crumble bars. This is like a pop tart for grown ups.
Magic Bars - Individual
Bring back a childhood memory with our Magic Bars. Our European all-butter graham cracker crust is topped with sweetened condensed milk, walnuts, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and fresh coconut. Each bar is 4″x4″
Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Bars - Individual
Our homemade snickerdoodle cookie dough of cinnamon and sugar lines the bottom of these bars. Topped with our cheesecake made of cream cheese, eggs, and sugar. The top is dolloped with snickerdoodle cookie dough that has been rolled in more cinnamon and sugar. Baked until golden. Great for cheesecake on the go. Each bar is 4″x4″.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Box Cake
Twenty Five huge French Valrhona & Callebaut chocolate chip cookies are layered between Madagascar vanilla bean freshly whipped cream. This cookie cake is not available everyday. Please check the case for availability.
Mixed Berry Cheesecake
Our homemade cheesecake is made with cream cheese, sugar, eggs & a touch of lemon zest. Baked in our graham cracker European all-butter crust & topped with fresh raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. A shop favorite of all our customers
All-Butter Pound Cake (Bundt)
Our all-butter pound (Bundt) cake is made with one pound of European butter, one pound of flour, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Baked until golden brown and covered in a warm butter sugar glaze. It is a classic recipe handed down to Gwendolyn from her Grandmother.
Featured on Oprah's Favorite Things 2019! Gwendolyn's delicious Maple Walnut Crumb Cake. Moist coffee cake surrounds cinnamon, walnuts, and brown sugar. A delicious brown sugar crumble adorns the top. To finish it off, a vanilla bean Vermont maple syrup glaze is drizzled across the top. Perfect served at room temperature, or warmed.
Blueberry Crumb Cake
Featured on Oprah's Favorite Things 2019! Gwendolyn's signature crumb cake with fresh blueberries baked in a moist breakfast cake with freshly zested lemon. Topped with a brown sugar streusel and a dusting of powdered sugar.
